Netball is a ball-sport played by two seven-player squads. Games are performed on a rectangular court at each end with elevated goal rings.
The purpose is to score goals within a defined area by just throwing the ball into the attached ring at a distance of 10 feet.
Every player is assigned specific positions that define their team roles and limit their movement to certain court areas A person playing will hang on with the ball for 3 secs before aiming the goal of moving on into another team for a general play. The winning team is decided on the goals they have scored.

According to INF (International Netball Federation), Ladies Netball is played in over 80 countries by 20 million citizens. It is played most among Commonwealth nations. IOC (International Olympic Committee) made Netball the most recognized sport in the year 1995. With around 1 million players nationwide, Netball is considered to be the most popular sport for women.
Though it is traditionally considered to be a women sport, there is no single reason why you cannot play it with mixed teams.
History Of Ladies Netball And Its Origin
Netball is a very old sport which was evolved from a small known sport to be one of the best worldwide sport played by people all over the nation. Developed in the year 1890, it was only after this sport the evolution of basket ball happened. The sport attracted attention as women considered to play it as a part of socialization.
Nowadays, you can find the sport being played by both men and women. An American school teacher created basketball in 1891. In the 19th century, women were prohibited from playing basket ball because of the clothing. - 7 Men on the field at a time
- Teams can still hit the floor with at least five men

- Through winning the Fourth, teams get bonus “money.”
- Players encouraged wearing a matching uniform covered with closed shoes and nails.
- Group bibs are to be carried, and it should be from the Indoor Center. It can be rented or purchased.
- Matches last for 45 minutes and are both umpired by official staff and scored.
Ladies Netball is considered to be known as “ women basket ball” . Since it is a no contact sport, the players have to be agile and strong. The game requires considerable pressure on the body because of the turns and twists the players have to undergo. Many women participate in Ladies Netball to boost their fitness levels.
